نعلن بوضوح أن المليونية الجماهيرية الكبرى للاحتفال بالذكرى الـ55 لتأسيس الجيش الجنوبي، والمقرر إقامتها يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 1 سبتمبر 2026م، في شارع قصر المحافظ بمنطقة 40 شقة، أمام قاعة الأندلس بمدينة المكلا، ستكون سلمية بالكامل.
ونؤكد أن أي قمع أو اعتداء أو محاولة لمنع الجماهير من ممارسة حقها في الاحتشاد والتعبير السلمي، يمثل تصعيداً خطيراً، وستتحمل سلطة الاحتلال والأمر الواقع كامل المسؤولية عن تداعياته وعواقبه.
كما نؤكد أن سياسة المنع والملاحقات الأمنية ومحاولات تكميم الأفواه لن تنال من عزيمة شعب الجنوب، ولن تثنيه عن الدفاع عن حقوقه واستكمال مشروعه الوطني.
لقد أثبت شعبنا عبر مختلف المراحل أن أدوات القمع لا تصنع الاستسلام، بل تزيده صلابة وإصراراً، وأن المد التحرري الجنوبي في حضرموت وسائر محافظات الجنوب لن توقفه حملات القمع أو محاولات الالتفاف على إرادة الجماهير.
ستبقى تضحيات شعبنا مصدر قوة، وستظل إرادته حاضرة حتى تحقيق تطلعاته الوطنية المشروعة.

We clearly announce that the grand mass million-man rally to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the founding of the Southern Army—scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, on Governor’s Palace Street in the 40-Apartment area, in front of the Andalus Hall in the city of Mukalla—will be entirely peaceful.
We emphasize that any suppression, assault, or attempt to prevent the masses from exercising their right to gather and express themselves peacefully represents a dangerous escalation, and the de facto occupying authorities will bear full responsibility for its repercussions and consequences.
We also affirm that the policy of bans, security pursuits, and attempts to muzzle voices will not undermine the determination of the people of the South, nor will it deter them from defending their rights and completing their national project.
Our people have proven through various stages that the tools of oppression do not create surrender; rather, they increase their resilience and determination.
The southern liberation tide in Hadhramaut and all southern governorates will not be stopped by campaigns of repression or attempts to bypass the will of the masses.
The sacrifices of our people will remain a source of strength, and their will shall persist until their legitimate national aspirations are achieved.
The attached video shows the de facto occupying authorities preventing the last two peaceful events called for by the Southern Transitional Council in Hadhramaut.
